You will review documentation, keep drivers informed during onboarding, and track each case's status in internal systems. What You’ll Do

• Validate hiring documentation for accuracy and compliance

• Communicate with drivers to request documents and provide updates

• Maintain accurate onboarding records

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

• Manage a high volume of cases

• Support recruitment activities for driver roles

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Comfortable using CRM and onboarding systems

Preferred Experience

• 1 year in Compliance, HR, or logistics

• Knowledge of U.S. employment or transportation documentation

• Experience in recruitment or sourcing
