This role is ideal for a proactive and resourceful IT professional who thrives on building scalable infrastructure and automating processes to enhance business operations. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and integrating IT systems across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving in ambiguous situations, and a focus on delivering end-to-end IT solutions. You will serve as a technical expert on enterprise tools and platforms, drive automation initiatives, and support identity, access, and cloud governance. - Scale and manage IT tools, including endpoints, identity management, and infrastructure platforms.
- Automate repetitive IT tasks and integrate systems using APIs, scripts, or low/no-code solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams to implement projects, including documentation, change management, and translating user requirements.
- Serve as the SME for enterprise platforms and create documentation to support the IT team and end users.
- Maintain and enhance cloud governance, identity access management, and SaaS platform integrations.
- Partner closely with Security and cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, optimize processes, and improve system reliability.
- 5+ years of corporate experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, or automation.
- Hands-on expertise in SaaS administration, automation, and integration with platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, O365, GitHub, Atlassian Suite, Zoom, and CrowdStrike Falcon.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using languages/tools like Bash, Python, JavaScript, Postman, AWS Lambda, Workato, or Okta Workflows.
- Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., JAMF, Intune) including policies, configurations, patching, and scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud management, IAM, tagging, and multi-cloud best practices (AWS Control Tower or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, incident/change management, and enterprise IT operations.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
- Competitive base salary: $150,000 – $210,000 USD (depending on experience and location).
