Inside Sales Representative at Jennmar Canada – Greater Sudbury, Ontario

JOB SUMMARY:

Jennmar Canada is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position involves taking incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting outside salesmen. This employee will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED Required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum Two (2) Years Related Inside Sales Experience
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems Experience Preferred
• Manufacturing/Industrial Background, A Plus
• Expediting, Order Entry, and Purchasing Experience, A Plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer orders and phone calls; assisting outside salesmen; act as a liaison with shipping department and back-order management.
• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Enter sales orders and applicable production data.
• Confirms processing costs and processing orders.
• Tracks and expedites sales and processing orders as required.
• Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders
