Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager ensures all attractions, arcade games, and facility systems are fully operational, safe, and guest-ready. This leadership role oversees the maintenance team, manages preventive maintenance schedules, supervises repairs, and coordinates with operations to maintain high uptime and a clean, well-maintained environment. The Maintenance Manager mentors technicians and ensures compliance with all safety protocols and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily inspections, safety checks, and preventive maintenance of attractions and rides
- Supervise and support arcade and redemption game repairs and preventive maintenance
- Manage facility repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, fixtures, doors, and signage
- Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team; assign and evaluate work tasks
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and schedules
- Collaborate with operations to prioritize and address facility needs efficiently
- Enforce all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and manufacturer guidelines
- Trade certifications or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or automotive fields
- Proven work history in equipment, machinery, and building maintenance
- Starting Pay: $30 per hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities

- Strong mechanical aptitude; familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Proven leadership experience in a high-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead
- Good visual acuity; must not be color-blind
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications or technical degrees preferred
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals; soldering and electrical troubleshooting preferred
- Stand/walk continuously, bend, kneel, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in areas with high noise and flashing lights
- Available for weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- Pass a background check
