We are seeking hands-on individuals wanting to get into manufacturing! Start a new career at our state-of-the-art production plant where we manufacture safety components for the US automotive industry! This is a full-time, ENTRY LEVEL opportunity starting at $19.00

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with skilled manufacturing technicians to learn all operational procedures of the machine
• Obtain skills for monitoring processes including machine adjustments, tool changes, and safe operations
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure all meet customer specifications
• Complete daily and weekly maintenance by following specified procedures
• Be open to additional technical training with potential for professional certifications

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn
• Prior experience within manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
• Basic math and reading skills, ability to read and understand written instructions and compose notes as needed
• Ability to perform basic data entry of production information
• Must be flexible to rotate shifts and work overtime if needed to fulfill production requirements
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for most of shift hours

• Ability to meet all post offer testing requirements including the position's physical demands is needed
