About This Position
Senior Graphic Designer
The Role
Foxit is hiring a high-output Graphic Designer with sharp visual taste, strong layout instincts, and a production-first mindset. Youll help execute and scale the visual identity behind a fast-moving B2B SaaS marketing enginesupporting campaigns across paid media, web, product marketing, partner marketing, and events.
We can teach Foxits specific production requirements. What we cant teach is visual judgment: hierarchy, composition, and the ability to make technical messaging feel clean, premium, and easy to understand. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys high-velocity work that still demands craft.
What Youll Do
Performance Ad Design (PPC Focus)
Design, iterate, and optimize conversion-oriented ad creative for LinkedIn, Meta, X, and display networks
Produce multiple concept and format variations quickly (headline/CTA emphasis, layouts, messaging angles)
Maintain brand consistency while improving clarity and performance through iteration
Layout + Sales & Product Marketing Collateral
Build crisp, high-impact layouts for one-pagers, data sheets, solution briefs, case studies, and white papers
Translate technical product value into clear visual systems (diagrams, frameworks, comparison tables, how it works flows)
Create assets that support Sales Enablement, Enterprise Marketing, and Partner/Channel needs
Event + Large-Format Design
Design conference and event assets including booth graphics, backdrops, signage, roll-ups, and presentation visuals
Ensure print-ready production quality and consistent execution across vendors and formats
Web + Digital Assets
Create web visuals and modular page components aligned with Foxits brand and UX standards (landing pages, hero modules, feature callouts, banners)
Support launches, webinars, and campaigns with cohesive digital asset kits
High-Volume Creative Execution
Manage a steady stream of deliverables and deadlines, shipping consistently without sacrificing design quality
Build and maintain templates/systems that help the team move faster (ads, one-pagers, decks, event kits)
AI-Enabled Workflow
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and production while keeping quality high (e.g., messaging variations, layout exploration, image/asset generation where appropriate)
Continuously improve workflows to increase speed, consistency, and output
Minimum Qualifications
23 years of professional graphic design experience (B2B/SaaS experience is a plus)
Strong portfolio showing excellent layout/composition and marketing asset work across digital and/or print
Strong understanding of branding, typography, hierarchy, and design systems
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Events teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Tools & Technical Requirements
Figma (primary): advanced proficiency for digital design and collaborative workflows
Adobe Creative Cloud: proficiency in InDesign and Illustrator (Photoshop a strong plus)
Canva: ability to produce rapid-turn social assets and maintain templates
AI proficiency: demonstrated experience using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Firefly, Claude, or similar to enhance creative output
