Job Overview

Clean Sweep 317 LLC is hiring a motivated Chimney Apprentice to join our Field Operations team. This is a full-time, hands-on role designed for someone who enjoys outdoor work, learning skilled trades, and tackling new challenges every day. As an Apprentice, youll receive paid training while working alongside experienced professionals to learn chimney, masonry, and repair services from the ground up. What You Will Do
  • Learn and perform a wide variety of chimney and masonry repair services, including:
    • Tuck pointing and brick replacement

    • Mixing mortar and masonry cleaning

    • Chimney crown repair and flashing repair

    • Various chimney and fireplace installations

    • Building and working from scaffolding

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-up, and sometimes dirty environment

  • Support experienced technicians on residential job sites

  • Use power tools and equipment safely and effectively

  • Deliver excellent customer service on every job

  • Follow company safety standards and jobsite procedures

  • Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling

  • Continuously learn new repair techniques and industry best practices

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Skilled trade experience or a strong willingness to learn

  • Strong work ethic with a get after it mentality

  • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

  • Reliable transportation

  • Valid U.S. drivers license

  • Own a smartphone for communication and job-related tasks

A background check and drug test will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with power tools

  • Previous construction, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical or trade experience

  • Desire to grow into a long-term career in the skilled trades

Compensation & Benefits
  • $22 $30 per hour, based on experience
