Full-time storytellers and product-sellers; committed creators and curators. Our Growth Marketing team specializes in everything from building the adjoe brand to showcasing the success of its niche tech products. This team of graphic designers, event planners, product marketers, content writers, and sales enablement specialists is on a mission to build adjoes brand and partnerships across the industry.Our Growth Marketing team thrives on creating a better customer journey, educating customers about our products, unifying our visual identity, and highlighting what it means to be a member of the adjoe community.
- As our only dedicated Marketing Manager in Japan, you'll own and drive our entire marketing presence in this key market. You wont just execute a playbook, youll write it.
- You'll work directly with senior leadership to craft and execute Japans go-to-market strategy from the ground up, tailoring campaigns to local needs while collaborating closely with the global marketing and APAC sales teams.
- Build and execute localized marketing strategies for Japan, aligned with regional sales goals and adjoes global brand vision.
- Own the regional go-to-market strategy for new and existing adjoe products, develop narratives, launch plans, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Craft compelling, localized messaging that speaks directly to the Japanese market across all touchpoints: websites, sales decks, blog posts, ads, creative assets, and more.
- Lead our local digital presence, managing Japanese-language social media accounts and paid media campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Drive regional co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to amplify our brand and extend product reach.
- Manage local agency partners who support PR, event execution, content localization, and media placement.
- Generate inbound demand through regional campaigns and events, measuring success with clear performance metrics.
- Based in Japan with a deep understanding of the local market and culture.
- Bilingual communicator: fluent in both Japanese and English, able to navigate global and local conversations with ease.
- Experienced marketer with 5+ years in marketing, product marketing, event marketing, or PR, ideally within tech, adtech, or mobile app industries.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial: you're excited to build something from the ground up and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A great storyteller: you can distill complex technical products into clear, engaging narratives and content briefings.
- Digitally fluent: you have hands-on experience with platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Google Ads, and WordPress.
- Collaborative and organized: skilled at managing multiple stakeholders across sales, marketing, and external partners to drive initiatives forward.
- Agency-savvy: experienced in briefing and managing external marketing, PR, or localization agencies.
- Event-ready: youve successfully planned and executed events, managing both logistics and budgets.
- Growth-minded: you understand the marketing funnel and have experience running campaigns focused on lead generation and increasing marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
