Lead High-End Outdoor Installations Direct Premium Architectural Projects Across the Southeast

• Project Scope: Residential & Commercial Exterior Specialty Construction.

You will serve as the primary field leader responsible for the precision installation of luxury outdoor architectural systems at prestigious resorts and private clubs. This role empowers you to manage specialized crews while acting as the final authority on quality for high-end residential and commercial clients. You will drive the success of complex projects across the Southeast for a company that has defined craftsmanship since 1975.

• Direct specialized crews of 23 professionals to ensure the flawless installation of motorized pergolas and canvas systems.

• Execute high-precision installations by interpreting complex shop drawings and technical layouts on-site.

• Maintain rigorous quality control standards by performing final walkthroughs and securing client project sign-off.

• Coordinate daily workflows and productivity to meet strict project timelines across Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.

• Represent the company professionally when communicating with general contractors and high-end residential clients.

• Oversee the safety and organization of job sites while managing company vehicles, specialized tools, and premium materials.

• Minimum of 5 years of installation experience specifically within awnings, pergolas, sunrooms, or exterior systems.

• Proven ability to lead and manage field crews with a focus on mechanical and carpentry aptitude.

• Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed architectural shop drawings and installation plans.

• Ability to work comfortably on ladders, lifts, and in elevated outdoor environments.

• Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments throughout the Southeast region.

• Demonstrated experience working on high-end residential estates or luxury commercial properties.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to enhance team communication.

• Strong client-facing communication skills and experience managing on-site logistics with general contractors.
