About This Position

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated full-time finance professional to help strategize and build financial operations for a digital asset business launching stablecoins and other payment services. Create and enhance reserve management systems, banking relationships, and financial reporting. You will have opportunities for career growth while collaborating with a multinational cross-functional team to develop operations and internal controls to support business growth, regulatory compliance, licensing, and geo-expansion.

Location: Miami, Florida (temporarily remote, with future hybrid in-office requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the creation of reserve management systems, liquidity, and asset investment strategies in line with relevant regulations, including money transmission laws and the GENIUS Act.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize banking, custodian, and treasury relationships.
  • Design, implement, and manage our reserve system and collateral framework.
  • Drive the monitoring and internal reporting on token supply valuation and reserve assets.
  • Lead digital asset tracking and on-chain and off-chain reconciliations
  • Generate balance sheets, reports, and financial statements to contribute to regulatory filings, external audit preparation, and licensing applications.
  • Help develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for business growth and stress testing
  • Help develop and oversee the financial controls framework, cash flow management, and working capital optimization for off-chain operations.
  • Create, document, streamline, and update accounting systems and standard operating procedures as needed
  • Collaborate on the selection and implementation of tools and software that address existing or projected needs to scale finance, accounting, and custody functions.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as we continue to grow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 4+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within fintech, digital assets/crypto, or financial services.
  • Familiarity and experience with standard U.S. accounting practices, financial statement preparation, audit workpapers, and accounting systems design in a regulated environment
  • Proven experience in stablecoin, token-backed asset management, or digital asset finance.
  • Knowledge and understanding of treasury operations, banking relationships, reserve management, and collateral frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of financial controls, cash-flow management, risk metrics, forecasting and modeling.
  • Experience designing scalable finance and treasury processes.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
