Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop store employees and Assistant Manager(s)
• Drive a customer-first culture and ensure exceptional service at all times
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow execution
• Manage store profitability, including labor, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Monitor and reduce cash variances, shrink, and inventory loss
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, properly priced, and visually appealing
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Recruit, hire, and train high-performing team members
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Complete required reporting, paperwork, and system entries accurately and on time
• Coordinate with vendors and manage product deliveries and shipments
• Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing leadership and direction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment
• Be available to support store needs, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Management experience required; retail preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
