• Execute precision repairs and installations for residential plumbing systems in strict accordance with local codes.

• Diagnose complex residential jobbing issues to restore essential services for our clients.

• Maintain high-performance standards by performing detailed inspections of household pipes and fixtures.

• Collaborate with the Field Operations team to resolve technical obstacles and improve service efficiency.

• Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients to ensure transparency and maintain professional trust.

• Document all service calls and technical findings accurately using provided mobile technology packages.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in residential jobbing and service work.

• Proven ability to work independently on diverse residential plumbing systems.

• Strong commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of specialized plumbing tools.

• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing standard household plumbing equipment.

• Completion of a formal plumbing apprenticeship or relevant technical training.

• Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting residential blueprints and schematic drawings.
