The position is on-site in Salem, Oregon. The starting pay ranges from $23.50 to $26.00 per hour, with eligibility for incentive pay. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a standardized test receive an additional $2 per hour.

OCCU is hiring a part-time Personal Banker to support both Salem and Keizer branches. Known as Enrichment Advisors, these professionals help members with financial advice, open new consumer accounts, handle payments and loan applications, and promote OCCU products. Enrichment Advisors should have strong knowledge of OCCU’s services and be able to explain their advantages clearly to members. Part-time hours are between 18 and 24 per week, which can include two or three full weekday shifts, partial shifts covering lunches and breaks on weekdays, and Saturday hours, depending on branch needs.

Qualifications for this position include a minimum of three years of similar or related experience in banking, including opening consumer and business accounts and loans. Candidates must maintain licensing and relevant updates with the NMLS Safe Act. Qualified candidates will have the necessary education and experience to perform the essential functions and meet the minimum performance expectations for this role, with or without accommodation.
