Our charming memory care community is looking for a compassionate caregiver with a medication assistance certificate (or ability to obtain) for Weekend Swing shift (2p-10p) and weekend Day Shift (6a-2p).
This position pays up to $15.75 per hour DOE

About the Role (Brief):
As a Caregiver at Ashley Manor, you'll be the friendly, compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose, connection, and growth in a supportive, small-home environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
- Serve meals and help with feeding as needed
- Support residents' medication routines and monitor their well-being
- Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space
- Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities
- Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care
Requirements (Must-Haves):
- Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check
- Certified in First Aid, CPR
- Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred (Nice-To-Have):
- CNA certification or cooking experience for groups
- Certified in Medication Assistance
- Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience
- Passion for enriching the lives of older adults
