KREWE is looking for a full-time Fulfillment Associate to join its team of smart creatives, further expanding our ability to drive brand growth through fast, accurate, and reliable delivery of product. This role reports directly to the Fulfillment Manager and is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations with a high level of precision and efficiency. You will support order fulfillment from start to finish—reviewing pick tickets, picking and packing orders to exact brand standards by channel, processing inbound shipments, and maintaining organized, well-stocked pick locations. Success in this role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to consistently execute at a high level of speed without compromising accuracy. A KREWE Fulfillment Associate moves quickly, stays focused, and delivers consistent, error-free work in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and quality standards.
This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack e-commerce, wholesale, and store restock orders with a high degree of speed and accuracy, following KREWE brand guidelines
- Read and interpret pick tickets efficiently; locate and fulfill orders with minimal errors
- Prepare and assemble packaging for all order types to exact brand standards
- Identify products quickly and accurately by sight and barcode
- Maintain fully stocked and organized bin locations, proactively restocking as needed
- Develop and retain strong knowledge of all product locations (pick and backstock) to minimize search time
- Receive, count and transfer inbound shipments with accuracy and urgency.
- Ensure all outgoing orders meet quality standards prior to shipment
- Process returns efficiently, restoring product to sellable condition in line with brand standards
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and full physical counts with a focus on accuracy and accountability
- Partner with the Manager to ensure all outbound shipments are completed and dispatched daily without delay
- Communicate clearly and promptly with team members and escalate issues quickly when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support speed and accuracy across the operation
- Follow all company safety standards at all times
- Support additional fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, Google Suite, and Slack is a plus
- Proven ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of minimizing errors
- Reliable and consistent attendance with a strong sense of ownership over daily output
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry throughout the day
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods
