This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling a sales-assisted growth motion from the ground up within a product-led growth environment. You will define how, when, and where sales engages with self-serve customers to maximize conversion, expansion, and operational efficiency. The role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, data science, marketing, and product analytics, requiring strong cross-functional leadership. You will design segmentation and coverage models that directly influence revenue performance and customer experience. This is a highly strategic and hands-on position, blending GTM design with operational execution. You will also play a key role in defining how AI and human engagement work together to optimize scaled sales performance. The environment is fast-paced, experimental, and highly data-driven, with a strong emphasis on iteration and measurable outcomes.
- Build and evolve a self-serve segmentation strategy to identify optimal customer cohorts for sales engagement, maximizing conversion efficiency and expansion potential
- Design and implement a scalable coverage model that determines the right timing, channel, and intensity of sales involvement across the customer journey
- Partner with data science, analytics, and marketing teams to develop data-driven targeting strategies and actionable insights for GTM execution
- Lead the design and execution of an experimentation framework to continuously test, learn, and optimize sales-assisted motions
- Define operating models, performance metrics, and diagnostic frameworks to monitor funnel health and guide investment decisions
- Establish how AI and automation are applied across scaled sales processes while ensuring effective human intervention where needed
- Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, product, marketing, and analytics to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives
- Translate insights into actionable GTM strategies that improve efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes
- Lead execution with a strong bias for action, ensuring continuous improvement of scalable sales processes
- 12+ years of experience in SaaS sales, revenue strategy, growth, or GTM leadership, ideally within PLG or hybrid sales-assisted models
- Proven track record of building or scaling segmentation, coverage, or targeting models that improve conversion, efficiency, or expansion outcomes
- Strong experience partnering with analytics, data science, marketing, and sales operations teams in data-driven environments
- Deep analytical fluency with ability to define KPIs, interpret performance trends, and diagnose business drivers
- Demonstrated success building new GTM motions, programs, or teams in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
- Experience designing and executing structured experimentation frameworks for GTM optimization
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
- Comfort operating across both strategic design and hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
- Experience with AI-driven tools or automation to improve sales productivity and targeting is highly preferred
- Background in lifecycle marketing, product-led growth signals, or expansion motions is a strong plus
- Competitive compensation based on US location tier (Zone 2: $251,700 – $340,500 USD / Zone 3: $223,700 – $302,700 USD)
