This role sits within a global service delivery environment, where you will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects across payments, financial services, and telecom domains. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The position requires strong coordination across internal teams, customers, and third-party stakeholders, often across multiple concurrent projects. You will play a key role in planning, tracking, and controlling delivery while ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are proactively managed. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, structure, and leadership are essential to driving successful outcomes. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to governance and project management standards. The environment is fast-paced, international, and delivery-focused, requiring both structure and adaptability.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring delivery of objectives within defined time, cost, scope, and quality constraints.
  • Plan, prepare, and maintain detailed project plans while monitoring progress, dependencies, resource allocation, and overall delivery health.
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment, clarity of responsibilities, and strong execution.
  • Establish and manage communication channels between stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining risk logs and implementing contingency plans where required.
  • Oversee change control processes and ensure proper governance and approval for all project modifications.
  • Produce regular project reporting, documentation, and status updates for sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and operational constraints while ensuring optimal utilisation.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with agreed standards and organisational procedures.
  • Support post-project reviews and prepare recommendations for follow-on actions and improvements.
  • Liaise closely with project sponsors to ensure alignment with strategic direction and project integrity.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within technology-driven environments.
  • Strong experience managing IT, telecommunications, or payments-related projects is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
  • Ability to write clear and structured project documentation and reports.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with adaptability in changing and dynamic environments.
  • Degree or HNC in IT, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience
  • Opportunity to work on global, large-scale projects in payments, telecom, and financial services
  • Exposure to international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Career growth opportunities in project and program management
  • Structured environment with strong governance and best practices
  • Learning and development opportunities, including formal certifications
  • Collaborative and professional working culture
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven organisation
