This role is focused on managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing services, particularly around Google Ads and landing page performance. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization efforts. The position requires a strong understanding of digital funnels and conversion mechanics, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable marketing execution. You will coordinate internal and external resources, including virtual assistants, to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery. This is a client-facing, performance-driven role in a fast-paced agency environment where communication, ownership, and problem-solving are essential. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and campaign success.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, and successful launch of Google Ads and landing page campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of a virtual assistant handling day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Monitor campaign setup and performance, ensuring landing pages and funnels are properly structured for conversions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client systems, funnels, and digital marketing performance.
  • Support clients in understanding campaign progress and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles, digital marketing, account management, or project management.
  • Strong practical understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization principles.
  • Basic to solid knowledge of SEO and Google Ads fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Fluent in English; candidates from South America or South Africa are preferred.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and coordinating virtual assistants.
