Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. This role requires strong client service skills, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.

Main Responsibilities

-Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (Meta Ads required). -Manage budgets and maximize performance. -Analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions). -Conduct A/B testing with creatives and audiences. -Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams. -Present performance reports and analyses to clients.

Essential Requirements

-Proven experience as a media buyer. -Advanced English level (B2+, C1). -Strong analytical and optimization skills. -Experience managing and scaling campaigns. -Excellent client communication skills. -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. -Proficiency in Meta Ads (Google Ads is a plus).

Desirable Requirements

-Previous agency experience. -Knowledge of conversion funnels and CRO.
