You will shape and execute a comprehensive customer and field marketing strategy that connects marketing, sales, and customer success into a unified growth engine. Operating in a B2B services environment, you will design account-based and field initiatives that influence revenue outcomes while elevating customer experience and advocacy. - Own and evolve the end-to-end customer and field marketing strategy focused on retention, expansion, and advocacy across the existing customer base, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
- Develop segmentation models and account prioritization frameworks to identify expansion opportunities, improve targeting, and tailor engagement strategies by customer maturity and potential.
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and pursuit-based campaigns that drive cross-sell, upsell, and deeper service adoption across strategic accounts.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to integrate health signals, renewal insights, and engagement data into proactive marketing actions.
- Lead the strategy and execution of field marketing, events, and customer programs, including ROI measurement, vendor management, and performance optimization.
- Build scalable customer engagement journeys and content programs that support adoption, reinforce value, and drive measurable expansion outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, CX, and growth teams to ensure unified account strategies and consistent customer messaging across touchpoints.
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on customer marketing, field marketing, or account-based marketing in SaaS, technology-enabled services, or professional services environments.
- Proven track record of designing and executing customer engagement, retention, and expansion programs that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Experience leading ABM strategies in collaboration with sales and customer success teams, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution.
- Strong expertise in field marketing, event strategy, and performance measurement, including ROI tracking and pipeline influence.
- Ability to work effectively with external partners and managed service providers to scale marketing execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, as well as multi-touch attribution and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across sales, CX, and executive teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Competitive compensation aligned with senior marketing leadership roles
- Remote-first work environment
- Opportunity to influence revenue growth through customer expansion strategies
- Exposure to cross-functional leadership and high-impact strategic initiatives
- Professional development in ABM, customer marketing, and field strategy execution
- Participation in high-visibility programs with measurable business impact
- Travel opportunities (up to 20%) for events and customer engagements
- Collaborative and inclusive work culture focused on customer success and innovation.
