This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving enterprise revenue growth across global markets within a fast-scaling technology organization. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise sales strategy, with a strong emphasis on expanding high-value accounts and building predictable, data-driven revenue streams. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to lead from the front in complex deal cycles while building and scaling a high-performing international sales team. You will play a critical role in transforming sales motion toward a more proactive, outbound-led approach. Working closely with cross-functional leaders, you will help refine go-to-market strategies and unlock new expansion opportunities across key verticals. - Lead and scale a global enterprise sales team across multiple locations, combining hands-on deal execution with coaching and leadership.
- Own enterprise ARR performance and drive significant revenue growth through disciplined pipeline and account expansion strategies.
- Design and execute enterprise sales strategy, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets across large, complex accounts.
- Drive proactive outbound sales motion, transitioning the team from reactive inbound management to structured hunting and expansion.
- Develop and enforce a KPI-driven performance culture focused on pipeline health, activity metrics, and conversion outcomes.
- Personally manage and expand relationships with strategic, high-value enterprise customers.
- Partner with executive leadership to define segmentation, territory strategy, and target account planning.
- Lead transformation initiatives to improve team performance, structure, and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution and maximize revenue impact.
- Evaluate and optimize territory design, account prioritization, and investment decisions using data-driven insights.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales.
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing international enterprise sales teams.
- Strong track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
- Experience transforming sales organizations from inbound-driven to outbound-led motions.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to personally close deals while coaching teams.
- Strong expertise in building KPI frameworks and driving performance through metrics and accountability.
- Experience designing GTM strategies, including segmentation, territory planning, and account prioritization.
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and revenue drivers.
- Ability to interpret complex sales data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Business-fluent English required.
