This role focuses on shaping and optimizing web experiences that directly impact user engagement, conversion, and overall digital performance. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable website enhancements while ensuring seamless execution across IT, marketing, and CMS teams. Acting as a key bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality digital experiences that align with business objectives. The position requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, UX awareness, and digital product coordination. You will leverage data, user behavior insights, and performance metrics to continuously improve web journeys. This is a collaborative, fully remote role where your work will directly influence digital growth and user satisfaction across multiple audiences.
- Partner with web strategy leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver website enhancements that improve UX, performance, and conversion outcomes
- Act as a liaison between IT, marketing, and CMS teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into high-quality releases
- Manage intake and prioritization of web content and feature requests, coordinating execution through CMS workflows
- Support SEO, CRO, accessibility, and personalization initiatives in collaboration with digital and marketing teams
- Analyze web analytics and user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements
- Conduct and support site audits, content inventories, and performance assessments including Core Web Vitals monitoring
- Contribute to requirements gathering, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Maintain documentation of web standards, performance insights, and best practices while supporting internal training initiatives
- 5–7+ years of experience in digital strategy, web product management, or a related digital experience role
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
- Experience working with enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Sitefinity, or similar systems
- Familiarity with SEO principles, technical SEO, and auditing tools such as SEMrush or Screaming Frog
- Experience using analytics and behavioral tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), ContentSquare, or Hotjar
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization best practices
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user-centered digital solutions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with IT, marketing, and content teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience (GA4 certification preferred)
