Customer Service and Rental Agent at Budget Car Rental – Overland Park, Kansas

Budget is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Overland Park and Johnson County area locations. In this sales-focused role, you will serve as the face of the business, finalizing customer rental reservations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities also include managing inventory, completing customer callbacks, washing vehicles, and auditing paperwork for accuracy and compliance. Store operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with half-day shifts on weekends. Candidates should be comfortable balancing service excellence with sales performance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants today.

Must be 18+

All of our representatives must be certified to drive; must have a valid driver's license

Must have fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years

Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
