In this hands-on role, you will be pivotal in developing marketing operations from the ground up, architecting the essential components for the next phase of growth. Your strategic impact will be significant, as you ensure reliable data, trustworthy reporting, and compliant processes across multiple business lines. By leveraging your experience, you'll help drive growth opportunities in renewable energy and clean fuels, contributing to the vision of a more sustainable future.
Accountabilities- Administer and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), developing a reliable command center for marketing.
- Own marketing data architecture, ensuring improved lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation.
- Create and mature reports and attribution capabilities to deliver actionable insights.
- Oversee website operations and manage external web agency relationships.
- Establish consent and privacy operations, ensuring compliance and deliverability.
- 4-8 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS environments, with 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
- Hands-on administration experience with leading marketing automation solutions.
- Proven experience in lead scoring and lifecycle automation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to implement and adopt AI tools for GTM workflows.
- Competitive salary range of $160,000 - $178,000.
