Systems Ops Administrator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Systems Ops Administrator in India.

This role sits at the core of global sales operations, ensuring the stability, accuracy, and performance of critical CRM and data systems that power revenue-generating teams. You will combine Salesforce administration expertise with strong data stewardship to maintain system integrity across multiple integrated platforms. The environment is highly collaborative and remote-first, involving close interaction with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. You will help ensure seamless order-to-cash processes, reliable data flows, and optimized system performance across Salesforce instances. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data and system challenges while improving operational efficiency at scale. It also offers exposure to global systems, automation initiatives, and cross-functional transformation programs.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining Salesforce environments, ensuring high-quality data governance, and supporting operational excellence across global sales systems. You will act as a key administrator and data steward, enabling efficient workflows and system reliability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, roles, permissions, profiles, and security configurations.
  • Supporting Salesforce CPQ, OLM, and multi-instance environments while resolving complex system issues.
  • Maintaining workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and other system configurations.
  • Conducting data audits, improving data quality, and managing firmographic enrichment across systems.
  • Monitoring system performance, usage, and adoption while recommending improvements.
  • Supporting order-to-cash processes through data synchronization between Salesforce and ERP/Billing systems.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
  • Assisting with UAT, deployments, documentation, and end-user training initiatives.
Requirements

This role requires strong Salesforce administration expertise combined with data management and analytical skills in a complex system environment. You should be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and supporting global operations.

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience (Sales Cloud), with Salesforce Admin certification (ADM-201).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, system configurations, and multi-instance environments.
  • Experience in data quality analysis and managing data integrity in complex systems.
  • Familiarity with Sales Operations processes and tools such as ZoomInfo or similar data providers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integrated system issues and apply logical problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Apex, SOQL is a plus.
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, Heroku, or analytics tools like Tableau is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
