This role sits at the intersection of technical consulting, product expertise, and client engagement within a fast-growing digital assets infrastructure environment. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through the evaluation, integration, and launch of complex financial technology solutions. The position requires deep technical understanding combined with strong client-facing skills, as you will translate business requirements into scalable solution designs. You will work closely with sales, implementation, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term platform success. This is a highly visible role where you will influence both customer outcomes and internal product evolution through structured feedback and collaboration. You will also stay closely aligned with emerging trends in crypto, blockchain, and API-driven financial systems.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise partners throughout the entire customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and post-launch support
- Develop deep expertise in platform capabilities, APIs, integration pathways, and system architecture to effectively guide customer solutions
- Partner with sales teams to design and present tailored technical solutions that address client use cases and integration requirements
- Translate complex customer requirements into clear, documented solution designs and technical specifications for internal teams
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and successful platform adoption
- Provide ongoing technical support to resolve integration or operational challenges that impact customer usage and adoption
- Work closely with product teams to share customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and support continuous product improvement
- Stay current on industry trends in digital assets, blockchain technology, and financial infrastructure to effectively advise clients
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical sales role within SaaS or fintech environments
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, REST architecture, HTTP, and system integration concepts
- Hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, or Golang
- Familiarity with trading systems, brokerage operations, or financial messaging protocols (e.g., FIX) is highly preferred
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging enterprise-level clients
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Preferred: experience or knowledge of digital assets, stablecoins, DeFi, or blockchain-based financial products
