MASKING SPECIALIST - 1st, 2nd and Weekend Shifts at Chandler Industries LLC – Blaine, Minnesota

First Shift - 4 X10's or 5X8's

Second Shift (FT or PTE) Core Hours: Monday through Thursday 3:30p.m. - 2:00a.m. (10% Shift Differential)

Weekend Shift (25% Shift Differential)

We are seeking experienced Masking Specialists to join our Finishing Department in Blaine. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing parts for painting by precisely masking surfaces to ensure high-quality coatings and finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mask parts and components according to work orders and engineering drawings
  
• Apply tape, paper, plugs, and other materials to protect critical surfaces
  
• Inspect masked parts for accuracy and quality
  
• Remove masking after painting and maintain a clean finish
  
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
  
• Support process improvements and assist with training
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of masking experience
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
