We are seeking an organized, proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, fleet coordination, and inventory management. This role is critical to keeping our technicians equipped, our vehicles ready, and our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
· Oversee daily warehouse operations, organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
· Lead inventory control processes, including ordering, tracking, restocking, cycle counts, and full counts
· Maintain accurate records for inventory, materials, fleet, and asset tracking (tools and vehicles)
· Utilize ServiceTitan for inventory management, material pricing, and process optimization
· Manage purchase orders, material receiving, and vendor relationships, including pricing negotiations and buyback programs
· Oversee all material returns, including warranty and excess job materials
· Coordinate material and equipment staging, fulfillment, and delivery for service and install jobs (including next-day installs)
· Ensure technician trucks are stocked, replenished, and properly mapped; manage truck inventory, setup, and accountability
· Support technicians with material sourcing, research, and job-related needs
· Coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, procurement, maintenance, inspections, and repairs
· Manage tools and equipment, including issuance, tracking, maintenance, and check-in/check-out processes
· Optimize parts request and warehouse replenishment processes, including consumables
· Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring proper storage and handling
· Monitor team performance and enforce safety standards, including PPE and regular safety training
· Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, organization, and cost control
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse management, fleet management, or a similar operations role
- Previous experience in residential HVAC is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceTitan for inventory management
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance coordination and vendor management
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and records
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
