About This Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Photo Editing Specialist to lead all photography post-production across our three brands: GK Elite, Omni Cheer, and Dolfin Swimwear. This role will work closely with photographers and internal departments ensuring every image meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all channels.
Leading best-in-class imagery work across seasonal campaigns and annual collection photoshoots, this individual will deliver color and product accurate imagery that reflects the integrity of each product and the distinct identity of each brand. This role will also play a key part in establishing and maintaining editing standards, while supporting pre-production alignment, on-set execution and managing a high-volume asset pipeline across multiple photoshoots annually.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in photo retouching, color-correction, digital tech, or post-production, preferably within apparel, athletics, or e-commerce environments
- Portfolio showcasing color correction and photo editing skills across a range of image types (on-model, on-form and editoral).
- On-set photoshoot experience or photography capture experience
- Videography color-grading and editing experience, a plus
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality post-production, including color correction, high-end photo retouching and final asset creation across a range of image types – on-form, on-model, flat lay and editorial.
- Ensure every photography output and final asset reflects our best-in-class standard, elevating how our brands are experienced by our audiences.
- Partner with photographers from pre-production through on-set execution to define, implement, and uphold technical standards that drive consistent, high-quality imagery.
- Review of physical samples to ensure accurate product representation, with a strong focus on fabric texture, color accuracy, and detail integrity
- Ensure consistency in tone and overall visual style aligned with each brand’s identity by adjusting white balance, exposure and color consistency from various photography studios.
- Maintain a structured, scalable file management system for easy access and cross-channel usage for all photography assets across 15+ photoshoots annually
- Ensure timely delivery of assets to meet production and campaign deadlines
- Prepare and format imagery for e-commerce, retail, and paid media by resizing and cropping to meet channel-specific specifications.
- Perform color correction and conversion to ensure accurate reproduction of imagery across print and digital formats.
- Support the development and execution of editing standards, visual consistency and post-production processes across three brands
- Support annual marketing initiatives through graphic design execution such as flyers, web banners, email marketing and other tasks, as needed.

Skills and Abilities:
