This role offers an exciting opportunity to support enterprise-scale Agile transformation within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. As an Associate Release Train Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling Agile Release Train (ART) execution, ensuring alignment across teams, and supporting the delivery of high-value business outcomes. You will work closely with Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning, manage dependencies, and improve flow across the organization. This position blends coaching, facilitation, and operational support, making it ideal for someone passionate about Agile practices and continuous improvement. You will contribute to strengthening delivery excellence while helping teams adopt and mature Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. The role is highly dynamic, requiring strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Accountabilities:
  • Support Agile Release Train (ART) operations by assisting with PI Planning preparation, execution, logistics, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Coach and guide teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders on SAFe principles, Agile practices, and internal processes to improve delivery effectiveness.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate key Agile ceremonies and support the Release Train Engineer in ensuring smooth program execution.
  • Track and manage program objectives, features, dependencies, risks, and impediments while ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain and optimize Agile tooling usage, including Jira and Jira Align, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility of work progress.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through Inspect & Adapt workshops and identification of process inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Solution Management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, IT operations, or related technical environments.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile, or project management role.
  • Solid understanding of Agile Scrum practices and familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.
  • Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Jira Align for tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfort with coaching, training, and supporting teams in Agile adoption and maturity.
