This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions within a high-impact public sector project focused on transportation innovation. You will work on the development of intelligent agents, LLM-based architectures, and scalable AI systems designed to optimize complex operational processes. The position combines advanced AI engineering with strong cloud infrastructure expertise, particularly through Infrastructure as Code practices for robust and secure deployments. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will contribute to end-to-end project delivery, from design and development to testing, deployment, and continuous optimization. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI systems into existing enterprise environments while ensuring security, performance, and scalability. This is a highly technical and strategic role for an expert eager to shape AI-driven transformation at scale.

• Design and develop advanced Generative AI solutions, including intelligent agents, LLM-based systems, and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain robust, secure, and scalable cloud-native architectures for production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to manage and deploy complex cloud infrastructures using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing enterprise systems, databases, and digital ecosystems.
• Participate in the full software lifecycle, including development, testing, validation, deployment, and technical documentation.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of AI systems in production cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues while ensuring compliance with AI governance and security best practices.
• Contribute to the development of reusable components and standardization of engineering processes within the team.

• Residency in Spain (mandatory).
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI projects, including RAG systems, autonomous agents, or AI-driven automation solutions.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi, with proven production-level experience (critical requirement).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Solid experience deploying and managing solutions in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI architectures, and modern machine learning engineering practices.
• Ability to work fully remote with availability for immediate or near-immediate start.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to handle complex, production-level technical challenges.
