- Lead cross-functional execution across R&D, engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver complex datacenter programs and ensure global alignment on priorities.
- Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders by translating capacity, infrastructure, and operational needs into actionable delivery and deployment plans.
- Develop and maintain executive-level communications, dashboards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to provide visibility into program health, risks, and outcomes.
- Facilitate strategic planning discussions and roadmap alignment to ensure initiatives support long-term technical and business objectives.
- Build and manage capacity and resource models to forecast demand, optimize utilization, and prevent execution bottlenecks.
- Drive issue intake, prioritization, and resolution across teams, ensuring accountability and timely closure of critical customer and operational concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of program or project management experience in high-tech environments, ideally with exposure to datacenter infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multinational initiatives and influence decision-making in matrixed organizations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to fast-changing environments, and drive clarity in complex programs.
- Strong expertise in program planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution at scale.
- Experience with consensus-building, conflict resolution, and collaborative leadership across diverse teams.
- Program management certification or formal training is considered a plus.
