This role is a senior, high-impact engineering position focused on building next-generation AI-powered product experiences at scale. You will work across the full stack to design and deliver innovative features that enhance how users interact with knowledge, content, and collaboration tools. Operating in a fast-evolving product environment, you will help shape early-stage initiatives and contribute to defining long-term technical strategy. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams to turn complex ideas into scalable, user-facing solutions. You will play a key role in driving product growth, experimentation, and system reliability while mentoring other engineers. This is an opportunity to influence both architecture and product direction in a large-scale, AI-driven ecosystem.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain fullstack applications, delivering scalable and high-performance user-facing features.
  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead the development of complex systems across multiple components, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Define and implement engineering best practices to improve system reliability and reduce technical debt.
  • Drive product growth initiatives through experimentation, including A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
  • Mentor senior engineers and contribute to a culture of high-quality code, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.
  • Influence technical strategy and contribute to long-term product and platform evolution.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong fullstack development expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience building large-scale, user-facing applications in distributed environments.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid backend development experience with languages such as Golang, Python, or similar.
  • Ability to quickly prototype and deliver minimum viable products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience in product growth teams, experimentation frameworks, and early-stage (0→1) product development.
