You will work across the full stack to design and deliver innovative features that enhance how users interact with knowledge, content, and collaboration tools. Operating in a fast-evolving product environment, you will help shape early-stage initiatives and contribute to defining long-term technical strategy. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams to turn complex ideas into scalable, user-facing solutions. You will play a key role in driving product growth, experimentation, and system reliability while mentoring other engineers. • Design, build, and maintain fullstack applications, delivering scalable and high-performance user-facing features.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead the development of complex systems across multiple components, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Define and implement engineering best practices to improve system reliability and reduce technical debt.
• Drive product growth initiatives through experimentation, including A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
• Mentor senior engineers and contribute to a culture of high-quality code, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.
• Influence technical strategy and contribute to long-term product and platform evolution.

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong fullstack development expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience building large-scale, user-facing applications in distributed environments.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid backend development experience with languages such as Golang, Python, or similar.
• Ability to quickly prototype and deliver minimum viable products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience in product growth teams, experimentation frameworks, and early-stage (0→1) product development.
