About This Position
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist Contractor in United States.
This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth marketing environment where you will take ownership of paid social campaign execution and optimization. You will work at the core of a performance-driven acquisition engine, helping scale digital campaigns across key platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn. In this hands-on contractor role, you will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are properly set up, accurately tracked, and continuously optimized for performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, and creative partners. The role requires someone who can quickly ramp up, operate independently, and bring strong execution discipline. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, improving conversion performance, and uncovering actionable insights from campaign data. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical marketer who thrives in dynamic, high-velocity environments.
- Own end-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- Manage in-platform campaign operations including targeting, bidding strategies, budgeting, and creative trafficking
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities across spend, audience segmentation, creative, and landing pages
- Design, execute, and document structured experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure accurate budget pacing and operational excellence across all active campaigns
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to provide performance insights and recommendations for campaign improvement
- Support additional performance marketing initiatives across emerging channels such as TikTok, video, or newsletter-based campaigns
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media experience, with deep expertise in paid social channels
- Proven experience building and managing campaigns directly in-platform (not solely strategic oversight)
- Strong understanding of B2B or SaaS marketing environments, ideally in sales-led or product-led organizations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data and generate actionable insights
- Experience working with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively share insights and collaborate across teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools or automation to improve marketing efficiency is a plus
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation with hourly rate ranging from $60 to $75 USD, based on experience and location
- Fully remote contract opportunity within the United States
- Flexible 6–12 month engagement with full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, data-driven marketing environment
- Exposure to advanced performance marketing strategies and cross-functional collaboration
- Inclusive and equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity and fairness
