This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, and delivery execution, ensuring that large-scale deployment processes run efficiently, cost-effectively, and at high quality. You will be responsible for improving and scaling operational systems that support fast growth across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Acting as a key driver of process optimization, you will identify inefficiencies, design scalable workflows, and implement data-driven improvements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations to solve high-impact delivery challenges. This position requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate both strategically and in the operational details. It is an opportunity to shape how products are delivered at scale while directly improving customer outcomes and operational performance.
Lead and optimize end-to-end delivery operations by identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and ensuring scalable, high-quality execution across product deployment processes.
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements.
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that enhance delivery performance and reliability.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex delivery and implementation challenges.
- Build reporting frameworks and leverage data insights to monitor performance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Own and execute operational initiatives that reduce cost while improving quality and speed of delivery.
- Support the development of standardized processes and best practices across delivery teams.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by communicating insights, recommendations, and execution plans clearly and effectively.
5+ years of experience in operations, product operations, strategy, or similar roles in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience working with operational KPIs, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex, multi-variable problems in dynamic environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with a track record of delivering results across multiple teams.
