You will play a vital role in the Field Operations team, supporting the installation of sophisticated residential electrical and lighting systems. This position offers a direct path to mastering your craft by working alongside expert Lead Technicians on high-end projects. You will build a foundation for a long-term career while ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service and technical precision they expect.

• Support Lead Technicians in reviewing electrical floorplans and blueprints to accurately place wiring before walls and ceilings are closed.

• Collaborate on the planning of new installations to minimize material waste and ensure systems remain accessible for future maintenance.

• Install essential distribution apparatus including switches, circuit-breaker panels, and advanced lighting control equipment.

• Assist in the repair of faulty systems or equipment to ensure residential projects remain safe and functional.

• Utilize ladders and scaffolds to safely install or maintain electrical wiring and fixtures in various residential settings.

• Maintain a high standard of professional reliability by meeting attendance goals and following all communication procedures.

• Uphold safety and aesthetic standards by following local electrical codes to prevent hazardous or unreliable wiring.

• Active State Issued Apprentice Electricians License.

• Valid Drivers License.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

• Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks and project tracking.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with teams and clients.

• Physical ability to work from ladders and scaffolds regularly.

• Approximately 2 years of experience in electrical work.

• Previous experience or a strong interest in residential lighting systems.

• Positive customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask while staying organized in a fast-paced field environment.

• Being bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.
