About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Coordinator to support our internal marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across materials. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining marketing assets, including product labels, flyers, and visual content, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on, in-house role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design work and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. The right person is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

What you'll do

Graphic Design

• Design and update marketing materials including flyers, product labels, and promotional assets
• Create branded visual content for use across digital platforms (in collaboration with external agency)
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints
• Manage version control and updates for existing assets

Marketing Support

• Assist with execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Support internal marketing needs and collaborate with external partners (e.g., social media agency)
• Help prepare materials for product launches, promotions, and events

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Provide support to the team on various projects and initiatives
• Assist with organization of marketing assets and documentation
• Step in to support additional tasks as business needs evolve

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Portfolio showcasing design work (required)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Physical Requirements

• Willingness to travel periodically (10%) to support trade shows and company events.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs when assisting with material orders.
