This senior-level commercial role is focused on building and expanding strategic national partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem. You will engage directly with C-suite and senior leaders across healthcare, education, and government organizations to design workforce development and education solutions that create measurable impact. The position blends high-level relationship management with strategic business development, requiring both consultative selling expertise and deep understanding of healthcare systems. You will act as a key voice of partners internally, shaping product and solution strategy based on real market needs. Operating within a high-performing, matrixed environment, you will collaborate across multiple teams to drive growth and long-term value. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, expanding, and managing high-value national partnerships that drive significant revenue growth and strategic impact. You will operate at the executive level, building trusted relationships and aligning workforce education solutions with partner needs across large healthcare and public sector organizations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and growing strategic national accounts with healthcare, education, and government partners to drive long-term revenue expansion
- Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, including CNOs, CMOs, CHROs, and other executive leaders
- Identifying workforce development and education opportunities within partner organizations and translating them into scalable solutions
- Acting as the “voice of the partner” by sharing market insights and customer needs with internal product, marketing, and strategy teams
- Leading executive-level presentations, quarterly business reviews, and strategic partnership discussions
- Collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and execution of partnership initiatives
- Supporting and coordinating with internal workforce solution teams and representing the organization at industry events and conferences
- Driving overall account growth across multiple organizational levels and solution portfolios
This role requires a seasoned enterprise sales and business development leader with strong healthcare industry experience and a proven ability to operate at the executive level. You should bring deep relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving revenue in complex, matrixed environments. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management with national-level clients
- Proven success managing and growing large, complex healthcare or education partnerships
- Experience working within hospital systems or provider environments required
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in matrixed organizations and collaborate across multiple functions
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with significant travel (up to 50%)
