This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, shaping how complex CPQ solutions are positioned and sold in the manufacturing software space. You will translate deep market and customer insights into compelling narratives that drive enterprise buying decisions and support long, consultative sales cycles. Operating in a highly cross-functional environment, you will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align messaging and execution. The role has a strong strategic component, influencing go-to-market direction while also delivering hands-on enablement materials. It requires someone who can simplify technical complexity into clear business value for diverse stakeholders. You will also play a key role in scaling AI-enabled marketing practices to improve insight generation and GTM efficiency. This is a high-impact position where your work directly supports revenue growth and product adoption across global manufacturing customers.
You will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment across enterprise sales, product, and marketing teams. You will translate market intelligence into actionable narratives that support complex manufacturing buyers and long sales cycles. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading market and customer research across manufacturing segments, including discrete and engineer-to-order environments
- Defining solution positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to enterprise stakeholders
- Translating CPQ capabilities into outcome-driven narratives that address pricing, quoting, and integration challenges
- Developing sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, and competitive tools
- Supporting enterprise deal cycles with tailored messaging and strategic insights
- Driving go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and solution expansions
- Collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams to incorporate insights into roadmap and messaging
- Leveraging AI-enabled tools to scale research, insights, and marketing execution
You bring strong experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software product marketing, with exposure to complex solution ecosystems such as CPQ, ERP, PLM, CRM, or MES integrations. You understand enterprise buying behavior and thrive in cross-functional, sales-aligned environments. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in product or solution marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven experience with CPQ or manufacturing-related enterprise systems strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-product solutions and long enterprise sales cycles
- Demonstrated success partnering with enterprise sales teams and supporting deal execution
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, compelling business messaging
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to turn data into actionable GTM strategy
- Experience using AI tools to enhance research, productivity, and marketing execution
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive-level storytelling ability
