This is a high-impact analytics role focused on connecting organic search, paid media, and direct-to-site performance to measurable business outcomes across a fast-growing digital ecosystem. The SEO Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming complex multi-channel datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide marketing, acquisition, and content strategy decisions. You will work closely with SEO, media, web, and product teams to evaluate performance drivers, identify opportunities for optimization, and improve overall marketing efficiency. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate data into compelling narratives that influence stakeholders. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will independently own reporting frameworks, dashboards, and deep-dive analysis across channels. Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end analytics and reporting across Organic Search, Paid Media, and Direct-to-Site channels, ensuring consistent and accurate performance measurement.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks using advanced BI and data visualization tools.
  • Deliver recurring performance insights (weekly, monthly, quarterly), translating complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
  • Analyze user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion funnels to identify drivers of acquisition efficiency and demand generation.
  • Partner with SEO, Media, and Web teams to assess landing page performance, content effectiveness, and optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate cross-channel relationships, including how paid media influences organic search, branded demand, and direct traffic performance.
  • Ensure data integrity, tracking consistency, and alignment across analytics platforms and marketing channels.
  • Support experimentation and optimization initiatives by identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for performance improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in SEO analytics, digital marketing analytics, or advanced data analysis roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Quattr, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics (required), with working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience handling complex queries, joins, and large-scale datasets.
  • Experience building and maintaining production-level dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and cross-channel marketing impact.
  • Ability to independently translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or workflow optimization is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across marketing, product, and web teams.
