General Laborer
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour (based on experience)

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on General Laborer to join our team! This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly across a variety of projects. If you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that gets things done-you'll fit right in.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Must arrive by 8:45 AM to open. Typical end time is around 5:30 PM. Flexibility to stay later when needed is required.

What You'll Do:

• Load and unload materials (trailers and truck bodies)
• Install tires and wheels on trailers
• Use hand tools and basic equipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with deliveries, setups, and general shop tasks
• Support skilled team members with installations (including truck caps)
• Help customers by showing trailers and assisting with hook-ups
• Check trailer connections and ensure proper function
• Perform general maintenance and cleanup

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Comfortable working in different conditions
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Attention to detail and safety
• Basic math skills (measurements, quantities)
• English speaking required

Bonus Points If You Have:

• 12-volt wiring experience
• Painting or bedliner spraying experience
• Forklift or OSHA certifications
• Previous general labor experience
• Valid driver's license
