Registered Nurse (RN ) Dialysis

Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76104
Work hours: PRN Nights 3P-3A with Rotating weekends/holidays - PRN I requires a minimum of 1 shift per 6 week schedule.
Department Highlights
Here's What You Need
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• 1 year experience as a registered nurse
• 2+ years experience as a registered nurse in dialysis preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention within 90 days required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days required
