Our client is seeking a Director, Benefits to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprisewide benefits programs across one of the nation’s leading healthcare systems. This newly created, seniorlevel role reports to the Vice President, Total Rewards and offers the opportunity to influence benefit strategy at scale while partnering closely with executive leadership.
