• Execute replenishment planning based on lead times, order cycles, and safety stock requirements
• Manage reorder points (ROP), economic order quantities (EOQ), and safety stock levels to mitigate stockouts and excess inventory
• Track inbound production, in-transit inventory, and on-hand stock to maintain full visibility across the supply chain
Supply Chain Coordination
• Work closely with sourcing, production, and logistics teams to align purchase orders with demand forecasts
• Understand and manage supplier lead times, manufacturing schedules, and freight timelines
• Support coordination between factories, freight providers, warehouses, and distributors
Data Analysis & Systems Optimization
• Utilize AI-driven planning tools and internal systems to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and dashboards to track KPIs, inventory turns, and demand variability
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to planning processes and system utilization
Client & Portfolio Management
• Manage inventory and demand planning across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Provide data-driven insights on usage trends, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between client demand, production planning, and inventory positioning
Required Qualifications
• 2–5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, or procurement
• Prior experience in foodservice, distribution, packaging, or CPG supply chain environments strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management principles (ROP, safety stock, lead times), procurement workflows, and logistics timing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Strong English communications skills (written and verbal)
