Job Title: Implementation Consultant

About the Role: Our platform is an all-in-one solution for Payroll, HR, and Time & Labor Management. Execupay combines innovative products with white-glove customer service to empower customers, allowing them to focus on their business. The Implementation team delivers a best-in-class implementation of our solutions, managing the client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a consultative implementation process from welcome call to go-live, managing client expectations throughout.

• Collaborate with internal consultants and stakeholders to understand business needs and optimize solution configuration.

• Review and evaluate client data, including historical, employee, and company-level information, to ensure proper system setup.

• Review tax returns (940, 941s, state quarterly returns), payroll registers, deductions, and earnings taxability.

• Enter client YTD/prior payroll information into the Execupay system.

• Support clients through their first two successful on-cycle payroll runs.

• Advocate for clients within Execupay to resolve issues impacting implementation quality.

• Transition clients smoothly to the Payroll team for ongoing support post-implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous client management experience, handling multiple clients and projects.

• 1-2 years of payroll experience,

• Consultative approach with clients, responding promptly and effectively to issues.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for solutions and knowledge of industry best practices.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of multitasking.

• Flexible, team-oriented self-starter.

• Demonstrated ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative and client-facing roles.

• Experience in accounting or payroll management is a plus.
