END OF DAY PROCESSOR at Grand Savings Bank – Grove, Oklahoma

As a Proof Processor, you’ll be responsible for leading the daily processing of transactions while meeting high standards for production and quality. If you love to learn new things and enjoy working in a positive team environment, you would love Grand Savings Bank.

Hours are typically Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm

Essential Functions

• Maintain a high degree of accuracy when performing tasks and research
• Troubleshoot and escalate department processing/production problems to supervisor/ manager
• Able to work independently and reach processing goals without the oversight of a supervisor
• Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Ability to work with repetitive hand movement
• Ability to Interpret and follow directions across multiple accounts
• Motivated and organized self- starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effectively communicate individual processing challenges to immediate supervisor
• Ability to remain adaptable to all situations with an optimistic outlook
• Basic ability to navigate computer systems effectively
• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1+ years data entry or related experience in production environment required
