What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to provide administrative and case support to our legal team in handling pre-litigation matters.

What you bring to the team:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Strong communication and people skills
• Well-organized
• The ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort in online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Suite etc.)
• Must pass a background check

You will be responsible for:

• Calendaring, scheduling, communicating specific and accurate data
• Filing legal documents as required and directed
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Update spreadsheets, databases, case management software, and client information
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal document
• Communicate directly with clients via the phone and email
• Maintain confidential information diligently and securely
