This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability (EHSS), and Quality initiatives through data-driven insights and continuous improvement programs. You will lead the collection, management, and analysis of key metrics, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting operational excellence. Working cross-functionally, you will identify trends, automate reporting processes, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and product quality. - Collect, clean, validate, and integrate EHSS, ESG, and Quality data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain SQL databases, data pipelines, and automated reporting processes using Python, R, or similar tools.
- Design and manage dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent platforms) to visualize safety performance, environmental metrics, and quality KPIs.
- Track ESG reporting metrics aligned with GRI, SASB, CDP, and CSRD frameworks and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis and statistical evaluations to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
- Support cross-functional projects that enhance workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and product/service quality.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership, driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or EHSS environments.
- 3-5 years of experience in EHS, quality, or sustainability roles involving project management or cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong coding skills in Python, R, or SQL for data cleaning, automation, and reporting.
- Expertise in Power BI or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik).
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and metrics (GRI, SASB, CDP, SBTi) and familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for workplace safety and environmental compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.).
- Strong project planning, organizational, and leadership abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders; occasional travel to company sites, supplier locations, or third-party manufacturing sites.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $115,000, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan.
