As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and expanding relationships with large-scale law firms and professional clients. You will manage complex accounts, navigating multiple stakeholders to deliver value through a leading legal services platform. This position requires a strategic, results-driven approach, balancing inbound and outbound prospecting to expand enterprise adoption and maximize revenue. You will leverage industry insights, social networks, and events to uncover opportunities while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey. - Identify and qualify new enterprise prospects, quickly establishing strong relationships with decision-makers
- Execute a disciplined sales process to maintain deal velocity and drive consistent results
- Develop expertise in the platform, market, and legal industry trends to position solutions effectively
- Leverage social media, professional networks, and events to generate pipeline and win new business
- Expand existing accounts from initial engagement to full enterprise adoption
- Travel to client locations, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen relationships and prospect opportunities
- Collaborate with SDRs, BDRs, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive account strategies and share best practices
- Provide metrics-driven insights to influence process, product, or market improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven quota-bearing sales experience, preferably in legal services or SaaS sales
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Results-oriented and metrics-driven with a high sense of urgency
- Expertise in sales processes including discovery, value proposition, objection handling, and closing
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, maintaining accurate pipeline and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
- Comfortable with 50–60% travel to clients, events, and trade shows
- Must be located in the PST time zone, with preference for candidates residing in California

- Competitive base salary range $75,000–$95,000 with OTE $190,000–$240,000 based on experience and location
