This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, and optimizing ROI across paid channels, affiliate partnerships, and growth experiments. You will design, execute, and scale acquisition programs while leveraging AI-driven workflows to increase efficiency and accelerate testing cycles. This position requires a strong blend of analytical rigor, hands-on execution, and creative problem-solving to maximize measurable business outcomes. Success in this role will be defined by revenue impact, cost efficiency, and the ability to rapidly iterate on campaigns. You will build a diversified acquisition engine, implement robust attribution frameworks, and continuously improve processes to elevate performance. This role operates in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with a focus on measurable results and data-driven decision-making.
- Own paid acquisition campaigns from budget allocation to revenue outcomes, optimizing spend, unit economics, and channel performance
- Build, manage, and scale affiliate and referral programs that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth
- Design and implement growth experiments, testing new channels and unconventional tactics with clear hypotheses and performance criteria
- Develop AI-powered workflows to accelerate testing, automate reporting, and optimize campaign iterations
- Maintain rigorous attribution and reporting frameworks to link spend to leads, conversions, and revenue outcomes
- Monitor KPIs such as MAC (Merchant Acquisition Cost), lead-to-approval rate, LTV:MAC ratio, and payback periods, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Present insights, recommendations, and results clearly to internal stakeholders, enabling informed business decisions
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience running profitable paid acquisition in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or similarly competitive markets
- Proven success building acquisition programs from zero to scale, with demonstrable revenue results
- Deep proficiency with ad platforms, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and Quality Score optimization
- Strong understanding of attribution in cookieless environments, first-party data strategy, server-side tracking, CRM integration, and multi-touch attribution
- Experience building or orchestrating agentic AI workflows that compress testing cycles and accelerate campaign iteration
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and results
- Ability to operate efficiently under budget constraints while maintaining high accountability to revenue metrics
- Preferred: experience with affiliate/partner management, SaaS growth marketing, and unconventional acquisition channels
